I enhanced PD-1 blockade therapy by combining it with a mitochondrial activator and developed advanced flow cytometry assays for evaluating CAR T-cell persistence and metabolism. In the industry, I have led pre-clinical development projects for antibody-based cancer immunotherapies, including bispecific and multispecific T cell engagers. I have managed projects in target discovery, compound optimization, antibody format selection, and proof-of-concept studies, utilizing diverse preclinical models such as xenogeneic, syngeneic, and humanized mouse tumor models.
