Profile Summary

Researcher and Neuroscientist with over 5 years of experience working in the forefront of innovative EEG techniques to measure pain, cognitive load, and motor control. Currently, I am working with the International Collaboration on Repair Discoveries (ICORD) developing automated EEG analysis algorithms and embedding them into interactive apps to be used as research tools to visualize and quantify EEG responses to pain. My expertise lies in using Python, MATLAB, R studio to create real time applications to visualize electrophysiological signals and leverage predictive machine learning and deep neural network models. The frameworks that I use to develop the real time applications are are matlab app designer, Simulink, shiny apps. For the modeling, I utilize tidy models with R as well as pytorch, Scikit-Learn and SQL with python.
